Hypnosis and Extreme Human Behavior

Been searching through videos about hypnosis.  Has anyone out there ever been hypnotized or regressed and then wished you hadn’t?  Anyone else afraid of finding what you’ve been actively hiding from your conscious self? I’m afraid I’ll find that I have at some point engaged in what is expressed so succinctly in the following:

And then again, maybe I’m afraid I’ll learn I was the monkey in the sack.

  1. I never regretted it, but I also don’t see the point in the fear. If you are afraid to do it again then you haven’t learned anything from that previous life. According to Carl Jung, you will stop reincarnating when you learn everything that you can learn in human form. So not wanting to regress again due to not liking what you saw would suggest you haven’t learned and could potentially lead to another lifetime.

I do know someone personally who did regression with the help of a hypnotist (she regressed to the medieval times as a 12 year old boy) and she says she was so scared she would never do it again.

I mean, why be scared of yourself? IMHO
